🌲 2024 Fender Made in Japan Hybrid II Telecaster – Model #5660102318 – Forest Blue (Maple Fingerboard) 🌲

Ready to own a true modern classic with vintage soul? This is the Fender Japan Hybrid II Telecaster you’ve been waiting for — Finished in rich, deep Forest Blue with a bright maple fingerboard. Crafted in Japan in 2024, this guitar delivers the perfect hybrid of timeless Telecaster character and refined modern playability.

Stunning Looks

The gloss polyurethane Forest Blue finish on the premium alder body is pure visual magic — a cool, woodsy depth that shifts beautifully under stage lights. Contrasted by a sleek 3-ply mint green pickguard, black-dot maple fingerboard, and nickel/chrome hardware, this Tele looks as premium as it plays. The matching aesthetic is clean, sophisticated, and instantly eye-catching.

Built for Players

•  Alder body – classic Tele resonance, snap, and balanced tone

•  Maple neck with Modern “C” profile – satin urethane back for lightning-fast feel, gloss front for traditional looks

•  Maple fingerboard, 9.5” radius, 22 narrow-tall frets, bone nut (1.650” width)

•  25.5” scale with vintage-style locking tuners for rock-solid stability

•  3-saddle vintage-style strings-through-body bridge with slanted brass barrel saddles for authentic Tele twang and excellent intonation

Versatile Hybrid II Tone

Equipped with a pair of Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single-Coil Telecaster pickups, this guitar delivers crystalline clarity, sparkling highs, and that unmistakable Tele punch — refined for modern versatility. The 4-position blade switch unlocks parallel and series combinations, giving you everything from sparkling cleans and classic country twang to thicker, more aggressive lead tones. Master Volume and Master Tone keep it simple and effective.

Excellent Preowned Condition + Professionally Dialed In

This 2024 example is in excellent preowned condition — carefully cared for with minimal signs of use. It has been professionally set up and meticulously dialed in for optimal tone and playability: action set just right, frets polished, intonation locked, and electronics checked. Plug it in and it responds instantly — effortless bends, smooth chord work, and inspiring tone right out of the gate.

Whether you’re chasing classic Tele sounds, cutting through a mix, or exploring modern styles, this Forest Blue Hybrid II is ready to become your go-to instrument. Japanese craftsmanship, sought-after color, maple board brightness, and a pro setup make this one special.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every guitar we sell. "Good enough" is never good enough. Every instrument is inspected, set up, and tested by multiple people immediately before shipping. We deliver the highest standard of quality and have built a reputation as a three-time NAMM Top 100 Dealer since 2009. The Dude Abides.

Neck & Setup (unless otherwise noted)

- Neck is perfectly straight with no truss rod issues.

- Intonation is spot-on.

- Professionally set up with low action and new American-made strings.

- All frets are dressed, leveled, crowned (if needed), and polished to shine like new, with no divots.

Return Policy, Restocking Fees & No Tire-Kicking Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. However:

- You must notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery (per tracking) of your intent to return.

- Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the guitar is damaged in transit or is significantly not as described (for example, you ordered red and got white, or a Telecaster instead of a Les Paul).

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for any reason other than damage in transit or significantly not as described. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to orders that have been purchased and paid for and have been off the market for 24 hours or more, even if they have not been shipped or picked up by the carrier, because we perform a final setup and change the strings as soon as an order is placed and paid for. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do our best to honestly describe and photograph every guitar and most of the noticeable imperfections. That said, we are human, and something very small can be overlooked. If tiny marks, dings, or super fine scratches (normal wear) bother you, please don't buy.

We record demo videos of every guitar before shipping to document its exact condition and performance. Additional photos, measurements, or in-hand descriptions are available upon request prior to purchase.

Minor adjustments to a setup (for example, correcting a slight buzz or a truss rod tweak) are normal after shipping, due to carrier mishandling and climate and atmospheric changes, especially when moving from South Florida to colder or less humid environments. These slight issues do not constitute "significantly not as described." Guitars must be returned in the exact same condition as received/advertised, or additional repair/restocking fees will apply.

We are a small, family-owned and family-run business, not a big-chain retailer. We invest significant time, money, and effort into every guitar. This is a NO TIRE-KICKING shop. There is no post-purchase haggling, and there are no returns without restocking fees and no partial refunds. If minor cosmetic marks, tiny imperfections, odors/smells, or the possibility of a post-shipping setup tweak makes you uncomfortable, please do not buy. Plenty of large retailers offer free trials and can absorb shipping costs; we do not.

Payment, Shipping & International Duties

- All items can be shipped internationally. The buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

- We accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, Affirm, and other major payment methods.

- Most U.S. shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx with full insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. All packages are professionally packed for maximum protection.

International Shipping Note

International shipping prices shown are for most countries; certain countries have higher costs. We try to avoid USPS and mostly ship UPS, but in certain situations USPS is the only available or reasonable carrier. Express services (UPS, DHL, FedEx) are always available. We can't undervalue merchandise, as it could not be properly insured. If you would like to discuss different options, contact us by email or phone for a personalized quote.

Thank you for considering The Guitar Dude. We look forward to earning your business and delivering a guitar that exceeds your expectations. Contact us anytime for questions, consignment inquiries, layaway details, or a personalized shipping quote.
