🔥 1999 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe Limited Edition – Wine Red Flame Top with INSANE Weather-Checked Mojo! 🔥

This is NOT your average late-’90s Les Paul. This is a genuine time-capsule beast that already looks like it’s survived three decades of smoky clubs, sweaty stages, and pure rock ‘n’ roll abuse… and it’s only 27 years old.

Finished in a deep, seductive Wine Red with a stunning flame maple top that pops under the lights like liquid fire, this Limited Edition Deluxe is dripping with character. The entire finish—front, back, sides, and even the neck heel—is 100% naturally weather-checked. Tiny, authentic spider-web cracks cover every inch, giving it that ultra-rare “already relic’d by the gods” look straight out of the box. A few honest battle scars and dings on the back tell the story of a guitar that’s been played hard and loved harder. No fake relicing here—this is the real deal.

What makes this one truly special? First this beautiful tone monster was originally exported to Yamano music for sale and distribution in Japan. If you aren't familiar with Yamano and their strict quality control, do a google search. They had the cream of the crop, often times hand picked and also had exclusive limited edition runs. Next is the ultimate mojo and easy aging...The finish itself is slightly soft and highly reactive. Play it for a few months and watch it evolve right in front of your eyes. Every strum, every slide, every enthusiastic riff adds new checks, new wear, new personality. This guitar doesn’t just age—it relics itself with natural play wear faster than anything else on the market. It’s basically a living, breathing vintage instrument that you get to finish breaking in.

Loaded with a pair of killer vintage-spec mini-humbuckers that give this Deluxe its signature voice: bright, articulate sparkle on the highs, punchy midrange growl, and tight, focused bass that cuts through any mix like a hot knife. These minis are snappier and more dynamic than full-size ’buckers—perfect for glassy cleans, chiming rhythms, and that classic rock crunch that bites without mud. Crank them up and they sing with the same swagger as the originals from the ’60s.

Best of all, it’s had a full professional setup that turns it into a dream to play. The action is buttery-low and lightning-fast, the neck feels broken-in and effortless, intonation is spot-on across the entire fretboard, and every fret is polished smooth. Plug it in, sling it on, and it instantly feels like it’s already got 10,000 gigs under its belt—zero buzz, zero hassle, pure playability right out of the case.

If you’re the kind of player who wants a Les Paul that looks like it’s been on tour with the Stones, smells like history, sounds like pure mojo, and continues to get better (and cooler) the more you beat it up… this is your unicorn.

Serious players only. This one’s already got the vibe. Now it’s waiting for the right owner to give it the next chapter.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every guitar we sell. “Good enough” is never good enough. Every instrument is inspected, set up, and tested by multiple people immediately before shipping. We deliver the highest standard of quality and have built a reputation as a three-time NAMM Top 100 Dealer since 2009. The Dude Abides.

Neck & Setup - (unless otherwise noted)

- Neck is perfectly straight with no truss-rod issues.

- Intonation is spot-on.

- Professionally set up with low action and new American-made strings.

- All frets are dressed, leveled, crowned (if needed), and all frets on all guitars are polished to shine like new with no divots.

Return Policy, Restocking Fees & No Tire-Kicking Policy

We follow Reverb’s 7-day return policy. However:

- You must notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery (per tracking) of your intent to return.

- Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the guitar is damaged in transit or is significantly not as described.

- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for any reason other than damage in transit or significantly not as described.

We record demo videos of every guitar before shipping to document exact condition and performance. Additional photos, measurements, or in-hand descriptions are available upon request prior to purchase.

Minor adjustments and tweaks to a set up (for example to correct a slight buzz or truss-rod tweak) are normal after shipping due to carrier mishandling the package, climate & atmospheric changes, especially when moving from South Florida to colder or less humid environments. These slight issues do not constitute “significantly not as described.” Guitars must be returned in the exact same condition as received/advertised or additional repair/restocking fees will apply.

We are a small business, not a big-chain retailer. We invest significant time and effort into every guitar. This is a NO TIRE-KICKING shop. There is no post purchase haggling or partial refunds. If minor cosmetic marks, tiny imperfections, or the possibility of a post-shipping setup tweak makes you uncomfortable, please do not buy. Plenty of large retailers offer free trials and can absorb shipping costs—we do not.

Payment, Shipping & International Duties

- All items can be shipped internationally. Buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

- We accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, Affirm, and other major payment methods.

- Most U.S. shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx with full insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. All packages are professionally packed for maximum protection.

International Shipping Note

International shipping prices shown are for most countries. Certain countries have higher costs. We try and avoid USPS and mostly ship UPS. Express services (UPS, DHL, FedEx) are always available. Contact us for a personalized quote.

Thank you for considering The Guitar Dude. We look forward to earning your business and delivering a guitar that exceeds your expectations. Contact us anytime for questions, consignment inquiries, layaway details, or a personalized shipping quote.
